These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the p3333 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

p3333 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account while under 18 is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulently created accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances or bonus funds held in those accounts will be voided.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. p3333 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Any use of automated software, bots, arbitrage strategies, or collusion to exploit the platform or its games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and recovery of any gains obtained.

1 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and p3333 ("p3333", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the p3333 website, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions available at https://p3333.ws and any subdomains thereof.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the p3333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
1.1 Offshore Platform Status
p3333 operates as an internationally licensed offshore online gaming platform. Access to and use of the platform may be restricted or prohibited by the laws of certain jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction in which you reside. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing p3333 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets. p3333 makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
1.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and p3333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and understandings.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the p3333 platform. p3333 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. p3333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If we are unable to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement, your account will be suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on p3333. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, p3333 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through those accounts, and forfeit any balances or bonus funds without compensation.
2.3 Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes. p3333 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided at registration or left uncorrected.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
p3333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or valid government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until documentation is provided and verified. p3333 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending successful verification.
2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high transaction volume, national holidays, or scheduled maintenance. p3333 does not guarantee processing within the stated timeframes but endeavours to process all transactions as quickly as operationally possible.
3.2 Own Account Rule
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. p3333 strictly prohibits third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account registered to another person. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source account, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed after the following conditions have been met: (a) your account identity has been verified via KYC; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully met; (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 has been reached; and (d) no active security flags or fraud investigations are pending on your account.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on p3333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a player deposits in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. p3333 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by the player's payment provider.
3.5 Anti-Money Laundering
p3333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the platform for any illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to request the source of funds for any deposit, to delay or decline withdrawals pending AML review, and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international law. 4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently closed. p3333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies
The following activities are expressly prohibited in connection with bonus funds and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
- Placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
- Using bonus funds in games that are excluded from contributing towards wagering requirements as stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Exploiting technical errors or loopholes in game software to generate bonus-funded winnings.
- Coordinating with other players to collectively satisfy wagering requirements through matched or reciprocal betting.
5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct
5.1 Acceptance of Bets
All bets placed on p3333 are subject to p3333's right to accept or decline any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed when the platform has issued a bet reference number and the wager has been deducted from your account balance. Any bet for which these conditions have not been met is not valid.
5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

5.3 Casino & Slot Games
All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing arcade games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 5.4 Technical Errors

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the p3333 platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose as a lawful entertainment gaming platform and to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share information, match bets, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Money Laundering: Using p3333 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to p3333. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and may be subject to legal action to recover funds.
- Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at p3333 staff or other players via any channel.
- Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings beyond the intended payout.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your p3333 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any outstanding bonus amounts that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.3 Closure by p3333
p3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is suspected or confirmed.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
- Regulatory requirements or AML obligations require account action.
- The player's jurisdiction has enacted laws that prevent p3333 from servicing accounts from that location.
In the event of account closure initiated by p3333 for reasons other than breach of Terms, any genuine balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. p3333 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if needed.
8 Liability, Errors & Disputes
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p3333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if p3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2 Service Availability
p3333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access to the platform may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or force majeure events. p3333 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, bonus calculation, or payment, you should contact p3333 customer support in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. p3333 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of receipt of a formal complaint. p3333's decision on any dispute is final and binding.
8.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless p3333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Important Notice for Bangladesh Players: Online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. p3333 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's access to the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
